My motorcycle boots died in Edinburgh.
To be fair, they'd lived a long and faithful life, especially for a pair of boots I picked up for $25 at TJ Maxx.
Things I loved about my motorcycle boots: I could walk in them all day, they were great for rainy or chilly days, and they packed pretty well. I also love the less-precious look. I always felt like I could have been a motorcycle chick, in my motorcycle boots. Those boots took me to Venice, to Prague, to Budapest, to Dublin, before they gave up the ghost in Edinburgh.
So now, I'm in the market for replacement motorcycle boots. I don't really want to spend more than $100.
I'm looking at a bunch of Ugg styles: Simmens, Niels, Jenise, Robbie... well, the list goes on. They all look super cute in the photos, and I'm depending on Ugg to deliver bedroom slipper comfort with a nicely updated style.
The other brand I love for comfort is Born/BOC. They've got a pair called Erie that's beautiful in cognac.
What's your favorite boot that goes the distance with rugged style?
